A friendship, engraved in diamond.
No, they are so much more than that.
Two brothers, shining brighter than the sun.
They are so much more.
The very essence of the universe could not break their bond.
So it is.

I wish this love was not a truth
I wish Cupid wasn’t apathetic to consent
I wish he refrained from shooting that damning arrow
I wish the arrow cleaved my heart in twain
For this love is a truth but not a reality
For this reality is ever changing and truthless
